Karolina completed her Yoga Teacher Training in the Yogpeeth Ashram, Rishikesh, India, in 2015. It is here that she discovered the tremendous potential of this ancient practice. Karolina’s focus is on the body-mind connection. Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, she has helped her clients relieve conditions like insomnia, depression or various eating disorders. Karolina will teach you how to access and cultivate a natural capacity for actively caring for yourself and finding balance, ease, and peace of mind. “For over a year, I have been calling the beautiful South Italian region of Puglia my home. I am passionate about helping others discover the captivating charm of this enchanting country. Organising a yoga retreat in Puglia is a natural synthesis of my two most heartfelt passions."
