Karlien De Vos

Karlien is a Belgian-Spanish Yoga teacher based in Nerja. With a degree from the European Sadhana Teacher Training School, she graduated after four years of intense training and continues to expand her knowledge by enrolling in different courses and retreats around the world.Her interests are inspired by a quest for calmer and more balanced ways to “just be”. Passionate about traveling and exploring nature, she is a regular hiker, paddleboarder, and climber.Karlien’s combination of breathing techniques, postures, and mindfulness in her classes are geared towards promoting both physical and emotional harmony. By incorporating these practices, you will cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and equilibrium.By observing ourselves in our daily practice, we can build on our knowledge of self. We will learn how to improve our self-care and the care of others.
