Karby Allington-Goldfain

Karby is a Certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist and an Approved IFS-I Consultant. Her IFS journey began in 2007 in a small group with Dick Schwartz.As she completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 and PA’d, she experienced the life-changing impact of IFS for herself and her clients.Her therapy deepened to working with nonverbal parts. This led her to training with Susan McConnell in Somatic IFS, becoming an S-IFS consultant and serving on staff. Karby’s Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition also enhances her understanding of the body. Integration of the body with parts work is bringing even deeper growth to her clients.All of this, along with ongoing learning about the soul and the body, allows her to more effectively serve her clients as they move forward in their healing journey.Karby is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys living and playing in the mountains of Colorado.
