Kara Zebrowski is a passionate and energetic midlife woman who values family, friends, her clients, and her country.She has been married to her husband, Dan, for 42 years.One of her greatest joys is spending time with her daughter’s family which includes her 3-year-old and 6-year-old grandsons.Kara is a wellness coach and has been coaching women for over 24 years. She is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor based in Colorado Springs.Her passion is helping women take back control in their lives by prioritizing their needs and health and living with more passion, meaning, and purpose.She coaches from a full wellness approach that encompasses the body, mind, and spirit.
