Kanchan Ji

Kanchan Ji is a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, anatomy, and physiology. Her connection to yoga grew naturally from a childhood shaped by reading, learning, and a deep respect for Indian culture and its scientific wisdom.From an early age, she was influenced by sattvic living at home and Bhakti Yoga through mantra chanting and shlokas taught by her grandmother. These early impressions formed a strong foundation for her understanding of yoga as a way of life, not just a physical practice.Practicing yoga since 2016, Kanchan has trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga under the guidance of experienced teachers and continues to deepen her understanding of philosophy, meditation, and modern anatomy. Her classes blend creative sequencing, mindful movement, and a sense of playfulness, helping students feel refreshed, balanced, and connected—both on and off the mat.
