A Path Back to Wholeness Soul & Luna was born from a personal journey of healing, years of navigating burnout, chronic stress, and disconnection from the body. Through yoga, herbalism, nutrition, and time in nature, I discovered that true wellness isn't about perfection; it's about returning to balance, again and again. Now based along a quiet river in Vietnam, Soul & Luna offers a space for others to experience that same homecoming, through retreats, trainings, and herbal medicine rooted in care, simplicity, and deep respect for the natural world.
