Having trained in a diverse range of styles—including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Jivamukti—her practice is a rich tapestry woven from traditions around the world.Julie’s journey has also led her to study martial arts, Tai Chi, Thai massage, and dance, creating a uniquely holistic approach to yoga.
