Juliana Franco

Her path in yoga began eight years ago. In this process, she has come to feel yoga as path for self realization, and the rediscovering of the essence of the being. A deep, constant path that integrates the care of life in all of its dimensions. Juliana has trained with various teachers of different styles. She shares Hatha yoga, aerial yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, nidra, hatha vinyasa, and Radja yoga. She bases her technique on movement and contemplation, to go through quiet spaces that invite you to transmute and transcend. Juliana shares sound as a therapy, as well as vibrations and frequencies that help to harmonize the body, mind, and soul. She accompanies her sessions of sound baths with gong, cuencos, kalimbas, rain sticks, guitar, and more instruments.
