Journey Land & Soul is a community for mindful, adventurous, and growth-oriented women to explore holistic wellness and personal growth.Through the lens of mindfulness, nature immersion, yoga, and retreats, we guide women on transformational journeys to achieve their most fulfilled and impactful lives.It is our passion to empower women to lead extraordinary, joyful, and nourishing lives-- overcoming their innermost obstacles including burnout, stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs.Our retreats focus on helping women reconnect with nature, self and community in order to reset, restore, and thrive.It’s from this aligned place that we can achieve profound personal growth and craft lives we truly love.
