José Antonio Cao Vocero is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with over 25 years of experience in study, practice, and teaching.His background spans classical yoga traditions, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, and Classical Hatha Yoga, and he is certified in the Iyengar method.He is the creator of specialized Therapeutic Yoga programs focused on the lumbar and cervical spines, knees, and structural integrity, and the founder of the nexoYOGA pedagogy and the Biometric Matrix concept, which integrates precision, perception, and embodiment.José Antonio has led more than 30 international workshops and advanced trainings for yoga teachers across Europe and Latin America.He directs the YOGASASTRA Centers in Tenerife and serves as Educational Director of the nexoYOGA Academy, which supports over 50,000 students in 17 countries.
