Jiva Yoga Academy

Jiva Yoga Academy is a unique Yoga Alliance Accredited school based in the spiritual epi-center of Rishikesh, India, that offers a variety of courses based on Hatha and Ashtanga practices.

We offer 100 and 200-hour teacher trainings, and 6 and 13-day detox retreats.

Our courses are created for individuals with aspirations of becoming yoga teachers but are also appropriate for any individual wishing to further expand their yoga practice.

Our teachers are highly experienced, dedicated, and kind yogis with years of self-practice and teaching of students throughout the world.

With a traditional yet highly engaging curriculum covering all facets of the yoga practice (including pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, shatkarmas, etc), you will be empowered with all necessary knowledge to not only teach your own classes but broaden and maintain your own practice.
