Jing Retreats was born from the realisation that there will always be a time in someone’s life where they need to recenter themselves.When life feels like it’s moving at 100 miles per hour, when we feel like we’ve lost control, and when we lose sight of how to slow down.Our mission here at Jing Retreats is to allow you to immerse yourself in a yoga, pilates, and wellness retreat, a place where you can relax, soothe your soul, explore, learn, and reconnect with yourself.Our retreats are designed so that all are welcome to spend this time away how they wish.Let go of the ‘rush’, learn deeply about your own body, explore some beautiful sights, relax, let go of all our daily stresses, and meet some like-minded people.Jing Retreats are led by our founder Carol Chen (330 RYT).
