Hi! I'm Jess- I'm a yoga and breathwork facilitator, Pilates instructor, Reiki and Sound Healer, and retreat host passionate about helping others reconnect to their most authentic, empowered selves. My approach blends soulful practices with a deep sense of intentionality, weaving together yoga, meditation, conscious connected breathwork, and embodiment to support transformation from the inside out. I create spaces—both in the studio and in retreat settings—where people feel seen, supported, and deeply nourished. Whether we’re flowing on the mat, diving into breathwork, or watching the sun melt into the ocean, my intention is always the same: to help you soften, open, and remember the wisdom that’s already within you.
