Jennifer Singham is a certified Yoga Teacher (YCH/EYU) and Yoga Therapist (OdA KT) with over 15 years of personal practice and teaching experience.She is also a Reiki Master and integrates therapeutic breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation into her work.Her teaching blends Hatha, Yin, and therapeutic yoga with a strong foundation in awareness and nervous system regulation.Jennifer creates spaces that feel safe, grounded, and supportive, allowing students to soften, release tension, and reconnect with their inner clarity.With both Western therapeutic training and deep respect for Eastern philosophy, her approach bridges body, mind, and emotional well-being.Her retreats are intentionally intimate, offering personal attention and thoughtful guidance tailored to each participant.Jennifer’s work is rooted in presence, warmth, and authenticity, inviting you not only to practice yoga, but to truly come home to yourself.
