I’ve been teaching Pilates and yoga for 8 years and guiding people through movement that feels strong, free, and connected. This retreat is extra special because it’s my fifth retreat and each one just gets better and better.I’ll be guiding you through Mat Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and those soulful moments that remind you why you said YES to yourself. I create retreats with love, joy, and so much intention, because I know how powerful it is to step away from everyday life and come back home to yourself.You don’t need to be “ready” or “perfect” to join me, you just need to come with an open heart.
