My teaching focuses on recognizing individual needs, allowing me to tailor group classes and individual sessions effectively.I am also a certified Thai massage therapist with an understanding of human anatomy.I can accommodate beginners and challenge more advanced students while ensuring a safe, healthy environment for practice.I discovered yoga at the age of 19, drawn to its principles of mind-body connection, conscious breathing, and intriguing poses that lead to inner satisfaction and peace.While I had previously explored various activities such as dance, circus acts, and martial arts, yoga fulfilled me on every level.I began teaching at a young age, earning my first yoga certification in Thailand when I was just 21.I continue to educate myself and maintain my practice, traveling to India each year to spend time with my teacher.From these visits, I gain inspiration and knowledge that I eagerly share with my students.The pursuit of learning never stops!
