Jaroling WellQiNess is the overarching name for Janek and Mee Lain’s Chinese Medicine health, Qi Gong, restorative retreats, and wellness offerings.When they decided to enjoin together their lives and passions, they were inspired to combine their surnames, Jarolim and Ling to make a whole new surname, “Jaroling”. Janek is originally born and raised in Czech Republic and “Jaro” in Czech language means the season of “spring”. In Greek language, which some say the Czech surname Jarolim originates from, “Jaro” means “holy”.Mee Lain was born and raised in Canada with Chinese and Scottish/English heritage. Her maiden name, Ling means “woods or forest”, demonstrated as two trees in its Chinese character “林”.At Jaroling WellQiNess, we hold a space to cultivate our inner sanctuary where the softness of spring breathes through the forest stirring new life—like Jing-Well points at the fingertips and toe tips where Qi first sparks into being.Here, through Chinese medicine, Qi Gong, and restorative retreats, each human being finds their inner nurturing nest for renewal and awakens the quiet power of creation, vitality and inner peace.
