Janet White

Janet is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 45 years of experience in the field of mental health and personal development. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care and a Master’s degree in Human Sciences, complemented by decades of informal training and ongoing professional development.Her approach to counselling centers around relationships — with self, others, and the world — and she brings a deeply collaborative and compassionate style to her work. Janet believes that clients are the experts of their own lives, and that the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of meaningful change. At Baja Wellness Retreat, she’ll be offering one-on-one sessions to support guests in reconnecting with themselves and creating space for meaningful personal growth.
