He has studied, practiced, and instructed various modalities in the healing arts, including Acupressure, Tui Na, Qi Gong, Taoist Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork with Doctors of Chinese Medicine. He is a certified Certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor.He specializes in Kinesiology, which balances muscle and energy through techniques like Meridian tapping. James also offers relaxation and aromatherapy massage, using essential oils to soothe sore muscles. As a practitioner of traditional Hawaiian Huna Lomi bodywork, Kahi Loa, he rejuvenates and restores harmony to the body and mind.He guides and instructs the Holotropic Breathwork Workshop, James helps people explore themselves and transform their lives using ideas from psychology, spirituality, and various healing traditions.
