Yoga is not just a practice for me – it is a way of living. Throughout different phases of my life, I have explored and integrated different yoga techniques to support my own regeneration – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Coming from a professional dance background, movement has always been my language. Yoga became the bridge that helped me restore balance, strengthen my body, and reconnect with myself. I am a certified yoga teacher and have been working in this field for almost ten years. I am also a trained dance therapist and dance educator, having studied dance pedagogy and dance therapy, and I mentor and educate other instructors. Over the years, I have expanded my work through Qigong, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation practices. My teaching style is an authentic embodiment of these experiences – grounded, dynamic, intuitive, and deeply connected to the body. In Ražanj, where I host my retreats, the natural elements play a central role. The sea, the mineral-rich air, the sunlight, and the rhythm of the waves create a powerful environment for regeneration. I consciously integrate elements of Thalasso therapy – the therapeutic use of seawater, sea air, and marine climate – into my retreats. Simply breathing the salt air, moving by the ocean, or immersing in the sea becomes part of the healing process. Working with nature – water, sun, air, and earth – supports grounding, nervous system regulation, and deep restoration. Being in Ražanj is already a form of therapy. This is not just what I teach – it is how I live and share my work.
