Isabelle Behrens

MSc. ETHUpon completing her studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Isabelle followed her passion for sustainable construction, design and international networks.She worked in architecture, innovation, and impact entrepreneurship before founding “togather” (initially called “Alpine Co-Working) in 2015, enabling well-being, collaboration, and productivity in fast-growing companies. Together with Rob, her partner, she has organized and hosted numerous retreats and designed and built work environments. They even developed their own mountain retreat venue in a historic textile factory.Isabelle is also a seasoned yoga practitioner and teacher. During her first yoga teacher training in 2007, she discovered the work of B.K.S. Iyengar and has been teaching yoga according to these principles since founding her studio yogagarage Zurich in 2009.At Sibra, Isabelle will focus on culinary wellbeing, drawing on her extensive experience in hosting and catering following the seasons, finding the best local produce, and nurturing body and soul with delightfully fresh, colourful, and fragrant food.
