Yoga began for Isabella as a simple way to breathe a little deeper and move with more ease. Over time, it became a steady companion, something that grounded her, clarified her mind, and opened her heart. She teaches with clear and caring guidance, creating space for each person to explore their own rhythm and pace. Her approach is inclusive and grounding, encouraging presence over performance and helping participants reconnect with the body as a living, feeling part of nature.At the retreat, she will guide yoga sessions that support and integrate the deeper somatic and breathwork processes, helping participants land in their bodies, open their hearts, and return home to themselves with steadiness and ease.
