My name is Isabel, and I am one of the founders of So Alegria.For many years, I have been working with people in spaces of personal growth, emotional awareness, and healing.My background includes studies in social work, creative therapy, herbalism, and yoga.Alongside this, my own life journey and experiences with sacred plants have deeply shaped the way I guide and hold space.I am naturally attentive to the subtle things in a space: the atmosphere, the energy in the room, and what someone might need in a particular moment.Sometimes that means offering gentle support, and sometimes simply being present.For me, creating a beautiful and safe environment is an important part of the work.Through care, creativity, and attention to detail, I aim to help people feel at ease so they can soften, open, and reconnect with themselves.
