Isabel Jeworski

Isabel Jeworski Yoga Instructor, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Active & Silent Meditation, Energy Practices, Breathwork Since 2020, Isabel has been teaching Yoga, Breath-Work, and Meditation (500 YTT Yoga Alliance). She believes in bringing the concepts of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and intentional living to people worldwide. She is passionate about traditional and modern practices and wants to make them accessible to everyone. She organizes retreats worldwide. Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, and travels, she brings a unique sense of empowerment to her teachings. As a result of Isabel's blend of asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness, her students leave class and retreat feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Isabel emphasizes active meditation, energy practices like Qigong, and reconnection exercises in addition to traditional teachings.
