Irene Ryan is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced teacher of Yoga Nidra, Qigong, and Tai Chi.Based in North Cork, she runs a private practice at New Leaf Health Store and offers seasonal retreats, wellness days, and group classes. Irene began her journey in 2010 following personal health challenges, training in Infinite Tai Chi, and has been teaching since 2015. She later trained with the Yoga Nidra Network in 2017 and qualified in clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in 2020.Her approach is humanistic and personalised, with a strong focus on supporting individual wellbeing through mind-body practices.
