My work is centered on helping people experience art as a gentle, mindful practice that nurtures curiosity and personal expression.I create spaces—through workshops, courses, and community connections—where people can explore creativity without pressure, develop a regular artistic habit, and use art to slow down and reconnect with themselves.Making art is accessible to everyone and that the act of creating can be both restorative and empowering.
