Inês Caridade

Woman, ecofeminist, artist, traveler, communicator, creative.I came into the world through a very troubled birth. My parents' love made me decide to be here and live this life fully.Little Inês has always been an artist. As a full-time dancer and singer, she organized a show at every opportunity. Teaching leads me to writing and I begin to find myself in the first texts, in the first poems, in all the writers and artists, and in all the teachers who encourage me to create my art. This passion for storytelling led me to a degree in Communication that went through the University of Minho and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The University started to lead me towards a freer way of life and allowed my creator to find herself in areas such as screenwriting, photography, and radio.Barcelona opens its doors to the world for me and I meet Inês the traveler, who makes getting to know this enchanting planet and its inhabitants a way of life.The world of work begins in Lisbon, where I had the joy of integrating communication and production of artistic content, which led me to a Post-Graduation in Cinema at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.At 30 I decide to move to London to fulfill a checklist dream. I dedicate myself to a life of culture and art, to a chore and I study Fashion at the University of Arts in London. Three years later, heading to Brazil with the call to stop and look inside, I begin a deep dive into questioning that makes me return home many years later.It is in the north of Portugal that I begin a path of awareness that brings me here. Today I experience the reunion with all these parts of my history in the body of a wild and free woman, who lives between the countryside and the city, a researcher of ancestral knowledge, who makes the kitchen her medicine laboratory, who creates artistic-therapeutic experiences taking to the world the tools that are part of her healing, such as meditation, writing, dancing, natural food and that takes her place in this mission that is the healing of the feminine.
