I have been on a transformational healing journey over the last decade. In 2014, I was sick and depressed after having several T.I.A.s and then being diagnosed with various autoimmune diseases, migraines & much more. I decided to put my years of research into living a long, healthy life into practice full-time. I am stronger now than I was 15 years ago. I now want to share this knowledge with you so you can experience the health you want and deserve.
