I Nyoman Yastama

I Nyoman Yastama is the Wellness & Spa Director at Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion (Huế, Vietnam). Bali-born and a lifelong meditation practitioner, he brings over 27 years of experience to nature-based programs and rejuvenating spa & wellness treatments. His sessions integrate mindful movement, breathwork, walking and floating meditation, onsen mindfulness, and crystal/Tibetan sound therapy. Calm, grounded, and practical in his approach, Nyoman helps guests release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their true selves. He also designs accessible learning for guests and the local community. His work has been recognized with Wellness Tourism Association Leading Light (2021) and World Wellness Weekend Wellness Champion (2021–2025) honors; he also serves as World Wellness Weekend Country Coordinator for Vietnam.
