As the founder of Terre des Sens, I introduced a holistic wellness space where ancestral knowledge from Asia was brought to life through authentic therapies.Every practice was carefully researched and designed to restore harmony, guided by skilled professionals who understood the delicate balance between inner and outer well-being.This path naturally led me to co-found ASHAexperience, which is a global Ayurvedic healing community born from my own exploration of India’s timeless wisdom.With our team, I travelled the length of India, immersing myself in ancient yogic and Ayurvedic practices, and carefully curating experiences that bring self-discovery and self-care into modern life.From this journey came our immersive Ayurvedic retreats in Germany, Spain, and India, which are designed to help people detox, rejuvenate, and return home not just rested but renewed.
