During her graduate studies, she trained in a wide range of clinical settings, including hospitals, college counseling centers, and low-cost community clinics. She developed expertise in anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, chronic health conditions, and neurodivergence. When the pandemic hit, Dr. Holly discovered her love for the outdoors, quit her hospital job, and relocated to South Lake Tahoe with her husband, where she maintains a primarily virtual private practice. She works with adults, teens, couples, and families ages 10+ and provides evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and FBT. At this retreat, Dr. Holly combines her clinical expertise and love of nature to guide participants in reducing stress, reconnecting with themselves, and fostering balance in their lives.
