Himanshu Joshi

Himanshu is from a village in Almora, Uttarakhand, and has lived in Rishikesh for more than 7 years now.An experienced yoga teacher, he has practiced yoga for over 8 years and completed his master's in Yogic Sciences at the Sanskrit University in Rishikesh. He has years of experience teaching yoga and yogic philosophy in schools and studios around Rishikesh. He now teaches Shatkarma, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and more at our studio in Rishikesh.He is also an experienced trekker and has climbed several summits in Uttarakhand. With his training as a mountain guide from NIM, he is ready to make you discover the most beautiful destinations.He opened Japam Yoga Treks and Tours with Sarah-Jeanne in 2020, seeking to share his passion for yoga and nature. He manages the groundwork, guides the treks, and gives the yoga classes with his ever-lasting smile and positivity.
