Franziska Bröckelmann

I am a Vinyasa Flow teacher and doctor of psychiatry for children and adolescents, born in Cologne and based in Hamburg. As a lover of fluid and intuitive movements, I like to integrate these in my classes to create heat and energy in order to calm a busy mind and find stillness in well-deserved final relaxation. Through the practice of yoga, I want to encourage individual body and mind awareness, empowering you to stay true to yourself on and off the mat.
