She spent 20 years with Merck & Co., ultimately serving as Senior Account Representative, and later built a successful path in hospitality, real estate investment, design, and personal development. Francesca is a certified life coach and central to her approach is the belief that women have the opportunity to reinvent themselves at any stage of life. Through her offerings, she creates space for women to step forward with clarity, intention, and freedom.
