Fiona Ruddle

Fiona Ruddle is an experienced yoga teacher, complementary therapist, and former midwife with a deep passion for supporting women throughout pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Trained in Shiatsu massage, Hypnosis for Birth, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), she blends clinical expertise with holistic care to offer a balanced, nurturing approach.Fiona’s versatile background includes years of practice in nursing, midwifery, and women’s health education. As a yoga teacher trained with the BWY in 2001, she has developed a style that combines body work techniques, restorative practices, and props to assist all levels of practitioners in deepening their practice. She also teaches Shiatsu to midwives and doulas at Daaluz Oasis, bringing a unique touch of Daaluz magic to this retreat.With her wealth of experience, Fiona creates a calm and empowering space for transformation, meeting each woman exactly where she is and offering support in body, mind, and spirit.
