Hello, I’m LillyFor over a decade I have devoted myself to the art of tea, studying and practicing across the world’s most revered tea regions, with a particular focus on Asia. My path embraces the refined disciplines of gong fu cha, cha dao, sencha do, and chanoyu, as well as the more esoteric practice of tea divination—an ancient art of reading leaves as mirrors of spirit and destiny.For me, tea is not simply a beverage but a living medium through which body, mind, and spirit may be refined. I curate rare leaves across the spectrum—from delicate whites and seasonal greens to the finest oolongs and deeply aged pu-erhs—each chosen for its origin, purity, and distinctive energetic signature. With notes ranging from nutty to floral, vegetal to umami, there is always a taste that surprises and reveals something new.Through ceremony, I invite guests into a deeper encounter with tea: not only to cultivate discernment in taste and aroma, but to attune to the subtle Qi carried within each leaf. Together, we explore how specific teas resonate with the organs, how harvests align with the rhythm of the seasons, and how every cup can become a ritual of presence, vitality, and connection.
