Hi beautiful soul,I am Femke, and I am here at Casa Rico to welcome you with an open heart. I want to make sure you feel safe, loved and welcomed when you come here.In my sessions, I work with embodiment, dance, breathwork, voice, drumming and movement. But most of all, I want to receive you and all that you are with a heart full of love and compassion.In life I value the most my family, our beautiful land and the retreats we host here, the connection to my heart, the earth, the trees, the sun and the rain, the mountains, swimming in the sea, laughter, healthy food, dancing and connecting deeply with other people.Hope to connect with you soon.Much love, Femke
