Meet your yoga teacher, Eve – a globe-trotter who loves yoga, snow boarding, kite boarding & wave surfing. 'Playing with the elements of nature gives me Prana,' she says. And Eve has organized her life style around that which she loves. Through her active hobbies Eve found – and fell in love with – yoga. 'Yoga gives me the balance of body and mind and the confidence to follow my dreams. ‘Through my various travels over the past twelve years I I gained both the knowledge and the beautiful life experiences that I aim to share with others today, upon their visit to Prana Casa'. Eve has done several studies: a Hatha Teacher Training Course (TTC) with the emphasis on Anatomy and Physiology, a Back Pain Management course at SHIVSHAKTI YOGA INSTITUTE (www.drvenkysyoga.com) and a traditional Indian Hatha TTC at Yog Vidya Gurukul in India. She also did a Yin TTC and a TTC in Sacred Geometry. Her ambition is not only to teach but mainly to inspire people to integrate yoga in their daily life. ​
