Erin Pfahler

Erin Pfahler is a teacher, writer, and artist whose work centers on the body, movement, and connection. A devoted lover of movement, Erin has practiced yoga for nearly twenty years, valuing its ability to connect mind, body, spirit, and community. Her writing often explores the body and what it means to be fully embodied.Her formal training includes:Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (2015)Mind Body Solutions Adaptive Yoga TrainingTrauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga TrainingAccessible Yoga TrainingShe has also studied Body-Mind Centering, Authentic Movement, Viewpoints, Suzuki, various dance modalities, and, most recently, Generative Somatics.Erin’s interdisciplinary creative work spans nonfiction writing, dance, video, and collage, exploring themes of connection, relationship, and embodiment. She enjoys sharing this creative energy through classes and workshops.Currently, Erin lives in Pompano Beach, FL, where she teaches virtual yoga classes, writes, pursues her MFA in Creative Writing at Florida Atlantic University, and spends plenty of time in the ocean.
