Emilie's yoga journey started in her teenage years. She's always had this magnetic pull towards the inner and outer work it involves.After teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, a new path called to her: Kundalini yoga. Kundalini has brought her a new worldview.One of softness, awareness, self expression, connection and embodiment, which she loves to share.With kundalini we go within, and we see what wants to be seen, we feel what wants to be felt. She loves to make every class into a little ceremony.For Emilie, yoga is the most beautiful never ending story because there will always be more to learn.She strongly believes that yoga can be a remedy to so many inner and outer issues that we come across, but most of all it is the union of body, mind and soul.
