Elitsa is the founder of Empowered Essence Coaching and Empowered Essence Retreats, devoted to helping humans heal their minds, hearts, and bodies naturally and reconnect with their true selves and lead their most authentic, healthy, and fulfilling lives.Born and raised in Bulgaria, Elitsa moved to Toronto, Canada, where she built an executive corporate career for 15 years to realize that the life she was leading was vastly shaped by the outside world and not aligned with her true, authentic Self. Elitsa left her corporate life to immerse into deep inner work and pursue her passion for human well-being.In her work now, Elitsa weaves her intuitive approach and deep loving presence to meet the uniqueness of each being and guide them through their healing and transformative inner work to embody their own greatness.Elitsa is strongly connected to her Bulgarian roots as well as the healing power of Nature.Elitsa is a certified Therapeutic Coach, certified Compassionate Inquiry (somatic psychotherapy) practitioner, certified breathwork practitioner, certified yoga teacher, and Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki Master.Elitsa currently lives in Vancouver Island, Canada.
