Elisa

Elisa has been a yoga teacher since 2016 and has taught in several European and non-European countries (UK, USA, South Africa and Italy). She teaches yoga both in Italian and English and her special skill has always been the ability to adapt each single class to the needs of every single student that she comes across with, tailoring it to his/her goals and objectives. Her classes are never the same, they are adjusted following the anatomy, the energy and the intention of the student. She teaches Vinyasa, a mix of synchronic movements, connecting with the Ashtanga principles with stable and precise body alignments. Yoga with Elisa is not just total relaxation, it is awakening, awareness, strengthening and stretching. Her classes are balanced between challenging and relaxing elements, giving that perfect synchrony between letting go and being perfectly present.
