Dragonfly Village

Dragonfly Village, an enchanted retreat paradise, is set in the midst of one of the most beautiful rice field walks in the center of Ubud, Bali. Tranquility and stunning greenery all around—a panorama with sacred Mt. Agung and the northern ranges of mountains in the distance. Open spaces filled with dragonflies in the day and fireflies at night. A symphony of crickets and frogs. Only footsteps away from the center of Ubud, yet tucked away from its hustle and bustle, we offer the best of both worlds. Our structures are mostly recycled wood and traditional antique teak houses brought over from remote villages in Java. We focus our energy on living simply and consciously within an organic environment. This is our motto for well-being: “Live simply so that others may simply live.” – Gandhi.
