Dr. Sathvika Naturopath With an educational foundation in Naturopathy and Yoga, including medical subjects such as anatomy, physiology and many other diverse naturopathic treatment modalities like Hydrotherapy, Diet therapy, Yoga therapy, Chromo and Magneto therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc. My journey commenced with the transformative practices of Jnana yoga and Bhakti yoga, guided by my mother, also a naturopath. Since 2015, I've been sharing my knowledge through therapeutic yoga sessions, hosting inspiring yoga programs for the public via live streams, and instructing yoga at the International G20 conferences. Additionally, I've led numerous medical awareness seminars.I've had the privilege of teaching yoga to unique communities, including the tribal unit and children with autism, enriching my experience and deepening my purpose.
