Dr. Ruth Tongue

Ruth is a STOTT trained Pilates instructor and has been teaching for over 15 years across London, the UK, and Europe.Ruth’s background in Sports Science and dance ensures that all classes are designed to balance the body in a safe, yet challenging and creative way.Ruth teaches one-to-one mat Pilates in London, reformer Pilates, online Pilates classes, and Pilates in the workplace. She works with athletes, dancers, footballers, pre and post-natal women, and young and older individuals with all levels of fitness. Ruth is also trained in barre, and yoga and mindfulness for children.Ruth runs Pilates retreats in Europe (Mallorca, Sicily, the South of France, Spain and the UK) as well as teaching SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Pilates and SUP yoga during the spring and summer months in the UK, Europe and at festivals such as Latitude and Wilderness Festival.
