Dr. Jelena Lizde

My name is Jelena, and I am an experienced yoga teacher and practitioner.Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of individuals through yoga, fitness, and wellness practices.I am the director of a yoga shala in Split, Croatia, a beautiful place where I was born and continue to live. Each year I travel to India to practice with my teacher and further expand my knowledge about yoga. I'm passionate about my self practice, which is important as a yoga teacher. In the last decade, I have made multiple trips to Bali, Thailand, and across Europe, where I attended yoga seminars and intensives and practiced under well-known yoga teachers. Because learning never stops, I continue to broaden my knowledge both as a student and as a teacher.In addition to my daily teaching at the shala, I also lead yoga retreats and workshops, which enhance my teaching experience.I am passionate about providing enthusiasm and therapeutic benefits in my classes.
