Located in the heart of the Alpilles, Domaine Jòlibois is a family-run olive estate dedicated to producing high-quality organic olive oil. Surrounded by olive groves and cultivated with deep respect for nature, the estate continues a long Provençal tradition where terroir, craftsmanship, and passion come together. The olives are carefully harvested and pressed to produce oils with fresh, vegetal aromas and elegant balance, characteristic of the finest olive oils from the Alpilles. During the retreat, participants will gain this expertise through an olive oil-blending workshop. This unique sensory experience introduces the different olive varieties, their aromas, and the art of creating a perfectly balanced oil.
