I completed BNYS in 2023, from the beginning of this journey it feel like one seed is planted in 2017 and every passing year the plant of knowledge grow in field of naturopathy and holistic wellnes. This course equipped me with knowledge in alternative medicine acupuncture - cosmetic acupuncture, therapeutic fasting, nutrition and dietetics (oncology nutrition), hydrotherapy and yoga therapy - stress, insomnia, low back pain, thyroid disorder, metabolic disorder etc. And advanced relaxation techniques and guided meditation.I completed my 6 month certificate course in research methodology and scientific writing. So, i did research on effective of acupuncture and therapeutic yoga - meditation in different ailments.I engaged in workshops on garbhasanskar and holistic healing, iridology analysis and emotional release therapy and inner child healing.I combine naturopathy principles with way of living and serve the community to attain a healthy and disease free life by promoting awareness.
