Whether it's via first-class yoga, mentorship, or transformational retreats, I'm your doula of change and the woman you want in your corner when life throws you a curve ball. I'm a qualified sports scientist, and recovering humanitarian, and deeply commited in utilizing ancient wisdom in this modern world to create inclusive and abundant health and well-being. I grew up in Australia to parents with wanderlust and distant gypsy blood and after spending half a lifetime working for the Red Cross all around the world, these days I live in the Swiss Alps, doing yoga and hiking with my hilarious little doggo Bouddi-heart.
