Dïana is a balanced and energetic yogi and diver, using her expertise to help bring people into a deep connective state and closer to their most authentic selves. Her intention through her teaching is to bring you into a space where you can use your practice not only to strengthen and nourish your body, but also to heal from the inside out, learning to feel confident, creative, and resilient in your own body.Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your practice, she will support you with great pride and care, guiding you towards new levels of comfort and fluidity in your practice. She welcomes everyone, regardless of their familiarity with yoga, and ensures that each individual's journey is nurtured and empowered. Dïana has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and completed her 200 hour vinyasa RYT in 2021. She specializes in vinyasa classes and is also certified to teach YIN and restorative YIN.
